Clubs and Activities

All students who plan to tryout for a MIDDLE SCHOOL sport must have a current physical card on file in the main office. The physical must be dated May 1, 2010 or later. That physical will also be good for any other sports the student might like to try out for during the 2010-11 school year. Students also must have a green emergency card filled out which should be turned in to the Head Coach on the first day of tryouts. The forms are also available in the main office at Byrd.

* Those Byrd students moving on to High School who plan to play sports will need a completed Virginia High School League Physical Form to participate.
