Activities/Sports Calendar

Athletic Physicals are being offered on August 31 and September 1 from 3:30 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. in Fairfield Middle School’s Gym. These physicals will be valid for entire 2011-12 school year, and allow your child to try out for any sport during the year. The cost is $20.00 cash only.

Any student interesting in trying out for a Fairfield sports team must have a Sports Physical. Below is a copy you can download to take to your family physician. All physicals must be completed after May 1, 2011 for a student to be able tryout for a FMS team in the 2011-2012 school year.

Click here to download The Official Fairfield Middle School Athletic Policies and Regulations. Each athlete and his/her parents must read these policies and regulations. Please print page 9, the Acknowledgement and Consent form, and send to the school with any child trying out for a sport. A student must have this with them in order to try out.

All games begin at 4:45. Students who would like to stay after school to attend a game must complete and turn in a signed Activity Pass on the day of the game. Otherwise you must be accompanied by an adult at the game.
