The Earth Savers Club is a hard-working group of dedicated student, teacher, and parent volunteers that is committed to spreading awareness of environmental issues. Though the club meets weekly, we are divided into four groups so that each child participates once per month. One of the main jobs of the Earth Savers Club is to handle the recycling program for the school, though we stay busy with other activities such as hosting guest speakers and spreading awareness about ways that kids and their parents can help our environment. We also occasionally provide additional chances to “save the earth” as these opportunities arise. We have had shoe recycling and electronics recycling events, and we are always on the lookout for new ideas. Come join us and see what we’re all about!
