1 - fold-up rest mat with name (please use permanent marker).  The mat should be approximately 19” x 44” and no more than 1 inch thick.  If everyone has the same size, it will be easier for storage purposes.  Thank you!!

Please label all of your child’s supplies with a sharpie - name or initials on markers, crayons, scissors, school box, composite notebook and art smock.  Glue sticks and glue bottles are shared by everyone.      2011-12
