Oracle Human Resources Management System (HRMS)

HRMS is responsible for the integration, management, and maintenance of the Oracle web based application for human resources, benefits, time reporting and payroll data. The integrated application used by HCPS is comprised of the following modules:

• Manager Direct Access
• Oracle Advance Benefits
• Oracle Time and Labor
• Payroll
